Refund policy
For eligible products, we offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at vibesandthingsstore@gmail.com and we will issue a Return Authorization. Except for damaged items, customer is responsible for any return shipping cost.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsReturns cannot be accepted for vinyl, made-to-order products, or gift cards.
ReturnsDefective items, damaged items, or items sent in error may be returned for a refund with a proper Return Authorization. Any returns must be shipped to Vibes and Things within 30 days of delivery.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Except for damaged items, customer is responsible for any return shipping cost.
